DWT Solutions offers a comprehensive service to ensure that you are fully compliant with regards to the control of Legionella within the properties you manage.

A property manager has a duty to ensure that the property meets the regulations of ACoP L8 and is following the guidelines of HSG275 pt2.

DWT Solutions can carry out a risk analysis of any property, hot and cold systems and private water supply such as borehole. Reports will be presented and discussed with the customer, as full understanding and clarity is a key function of control.

Legionella training is offered to duty holders and staff working with risk water systems. As part of the requirement of ACoP L8. Training can be carried out at your premises with any number from a single duty holder to a large group.

A full report in compliance with ACoP L8, a site log book and full site support meeting the guidelines of HSG274 is the starting point with ongoing remedial work, support and hazard management.

DWT Solutions can also manage any communal heating dosing and system cleaning including BSRIA water analysis and advise.
